Kitchen are being installed this week! Exciting times!

The 3rd floor is currently being installed with the other floors to follow.

So what’s happened in the past 6 weeks?

Well, the east and south facades have been painted!

Cupboards are also being installed…

Shower enclosures are also being installed…

And of course the spectacular views continue to be phenomenal…

The project is really coming together now that the various fittings are going in place and finishes -both exterior and interior are well underway.

Ocean Two is really taking shape now.

The painting on the exterior has begun as you will see in the picture below; tiling has been completed on floors 2, 4 and 6.; the bathrooms on these floors have also been tiled and are awaiting the installation of vanities and toilets; the tiling on floors 3, 5 & 7 is underway and should be completed in a few weeks. Exterior doors and windows are being installed at present and all will be in by the end of the month. The next step will be the installation of the kitchens in approximately 3 weeks time.  We will commence with floors 2, 4 & 6 and then install on 1, 3, 5 & 7.  Soon after the kitchens are installed, the interior doors and cupboards which have been manufactured to ensure that they are of the highest quality and craftsmanship will be installed.  Fixtures and fittings will follow and will be the last items to be installed in all units.  Once the contractor has completed the main works, he will begin handing over the property to us, floor by floor, so that we can begin cleaning and outfitting each residence with the appropriate furniture.

There are exciting times ahead and the progress will now appear much faster as the finishing touches are installed and the residence begins to take shape in front of your eyes!

Firstly, the team at Ocean Two would like to wish you and yours a festive and joyous holiday season and a healthy and prosperous 2010!

We are very excited to get the new year rolling as 2010 will be THE year for Ocean Two!  Construction is progressing well and interior finishes such as tiling, slicking and installation is now taking place and the actual units are resembling the showroom more everyday!

We are also very pleased to have on board a new General manager for the hotel division of Ocean Two, Mrs.Patricia Affonso-Dass.  Patricia comes to us with a wealth of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry and previously launched and managed another condo-hotel on the island.  We are sure that once you meet her, you will be confident in her team’s ability to deliver friendly and efficient service and sound management of the hotel.

Patricia and the Marketing Manager, Melissa Chalbaud, have been actively contracting with tour operators and travel agents to ensure a successful launch of Ocean Two next year.  They have received a tremendous response at the various trade and consumer shows that they have attended and are confident in Ocean Two’s appeal to its target market.
