Ocean Two has broken ground!
Construction commenced on 1st February, 2008 in the capable hands of Shelbury Construction. The site is being prepared to start excavation for the foundation and the beachfront pool is being dug.
The re-building of the beach is to begin 1st March, 2008 to create the secluded bay with powder, white sand as shown in the rendering of the building.
The picture below clearly shows the panoramic ocean views that an Ocean Two residence at any level will receive. All units at Ocean Two have ocean views and are designed to encourage the turqouise waters of the Caribbean Sea to take centre stage through the use of floor to ceiling glass doors and open plan concept.
We are moving ahead swiftly with reservations for Phase One of Ocean Two and we urge all those interested in reserving “your piece of paradise” to please contact us to ensure that your favourite unit is available at the most attractive price.
Ocean Two will have 2 restaurants including a swim-up pool bar which will be located at the far end of this picture which shows the area excavated for the 150ft. pool. Imagine sitting at the pool bar sipping a tropical cocktail and listening to the gentle lapping of waves only a few yards away…
