Many exciting events are happening at the Ocean Two site; our showroom is almost complete and will be open shortly and the BEACH has begun!

We initially started with a groyne to the west of the project 3 weeks ago and the sand has naturally filled in and extended the depth of the beach dramatically. You can see the difference in the before and after pictures below!

The second groyne is currently being built and can be seen in the images below. As the beach begins to form, it will ultimately join with the beach in the above picture to create an expansive area of white sand.

 The 3rd and final groyne will be built to the east of the Ocean Two site so that the tides will continue to naturally build the beach and create an immaculate bay that is ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

Construction continues to move ahead steadily.  The second floor has been cast and the walls for the second floor units have begun.

Ocean Two is moving up! As you can see by the images below, the first floor has been cast and the major, structural walls are constructed. Units 101 – 104; 107-109; and the lobby and restaurant have been built.

The image below partially shows Unit 104 as well as the lobby and Unit 107.

Below is the east end of the building showing Unit 108-109 and the Oceanfront restaurant.

The construction at Ocean Two moves steadily along with the pictures below speaking a thousand words.  The foundation has been poured, the plumbing has been laid, the floor of the first floor on the easterly section is down and the walls begin to rise. 

 The oceanfront restaurant is located on the easternmost point of the property with a direct oceanview. Once completed, indoor or outdoor dining will be available to those wishing to take the night off and be served! The fare will be diverse offering a tropical, Bajan twist on traditional dishes.  After a day at the beach, this oceanfront experience is sure to satisfy any appetite!  After dinner, meander along the pool deck and enjoy a cocktail while the moon illuminates the ocean just beyond your doorstep.

 The construction of residence 108 and 109 have commenced with the groundwork and exterior walls being built.  The patios provide adequate space for al fresco dining or the perfect place to lounge in private.  As you can see below, these units have unobstructed views of the ocean while the low planters on the perimeter will provide privacy.

 The swim-up pool bar provides a retreat from the sun without hampering the spectacular ocean living experience. The picture below shows the swim-up pool bar complete with stools and subsequently, the view from the swim-up pool bar.
