The demolition of Rainbow Beach started just before Christmas to make way for Ocean Two. The site is being cleared and prepared for construction which is expected to begin on Febuary 1st, 2008.

an end to the great tony hoad era. his design for a multi-use corridor never duplicated anywhere else.
it will be sadly missed.
