Our Ocean Two team has worked arduously over the past month to ensure that Ocean Two was ready for our first arrivals and we did it! Our first guests were greeted with a refreshing cold towel, lightly scented with Eucalyptus oil and a delicious, local drink of Mango and Bajan Cherry juice.

Guest comments on the rooms ranged from, “Are you sure I’m in the right room? I can’t believe it! It’s amazing!” to “I’m speechless”! Guest satisfaction with the rooms has been overwhelming as well as their cooperation with assisting us to rectify any minor challenges that they may encounter due to the newness of the facility. We sincerely thank them for all of their support over the past few days as we seek to ensure that their vacation is a memorable one!

Taste, the restaurant on property has met great reviews off the block with dinner being served on Saturday evening followed by a delicious breakfast the following morning. Our Chef-De-Cuisine, Mr.Thomas Harris is a well known restauranteur on the island and is known for his ability to provide world-class food with a local flare!

Last but by no means least, we would like to thank all of you who have followed our blog from the beginning as we demolished the old Rainbow Reef Hotel and for the past 3 years, built the spectacular, 4* hotel, Ocean Two Resort & Residences.

We are pleased to announce that Mr.Paul Collymore has joined the Ocean Two team as the Operations Manager. We are confident that Paul will be a strong asset to the team and the hotel operation of the company.

Paul has been has been involved in the hospitality industry with a focus on operations management for the last (13) thirteen years. During his career, he has been actively engaged with major hotels and restaurants; he has successfully determined and maintained optimum standards required to effectively manage hotel operations. He possesses experience in all aspects of hotel management at luxury hotels.
He began his career in the food and beverage segment before transitioning into operations management and full hotel management. His experience has helped him develop operational procedures, training systems and accounting procedures for the hospitality industry. Paul’s concentration has been in overseeing operations and coordinating development projects. Projects have included hotels and restaurant developments.

Over the next few weeks, we will be making similar announcements as Paul builds his team and operational elements of the property are finalized.
