There are some exciting things happening at Ocean Two and we know that you will love the changes, due to these unexpected renovations we have decided to delay our opening until 24thOctober 2020.
If you have a direct booking with us, we would greatly appreciate if you are travelling in October to reconfirm your booking with us. Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic and the planned reductions in air traffic to Barbados, it may be that your original flight date is not available. If you've booked through a tour operator or travel agent, we recommend that you contact them for the reconfirmation of your travel plans. Rest assured we are here and happy to help you adjust your stay dates accordingly.
We require all guests to use our ADVANCED CHECK-IN SERVICE prior to arrival, to assist with reducing the length of the check in process, and also to reduce contact for our teams on arrival as possible.
Barbados has done extremely well at controlling COVID cases locally and currently has not had any cases of community spread. When the island reopened to commercial aircraft from July 12th 2020, National Protocols were put in place in order to protect it's citizens and visitors alike. Please ensure that you are aware of the protocols and ensure that you monitor them regularly in case of any changes. Should you or anyone in your party be diagnosed with COVID 19 prior to the start of your holiday or during your holiday, Ocean Hotels agrees to provide a voucher for any unused days. Medical or airline documentation required for confirmation. Terms and Conditions apply. Should you be quarantined or self -isolating within your room or on the property this policy would not apply.
